If
you're obese, your condition is probably due to some very simple reasons. But
mostly, it's because you aren't consuming the right foods, the right nutrient
consumption per food, and you're most likely not consuming your foods in the
appropriate styles each day.
Please
pay attention to what I'm going to tell you right now. It may modify how you
think of diets.
Drugs
and prescribed tablets are nothing compared to the foods you eat when it comes
